I have been a customer of Northwest technologies inc for several years now and I must say that their service is average. While they do deliver on their promises, there is nothing exceptional about their services. Their website, nwtechnologies.com, is easy to navigate and they have a decent range of products. However, there have been a few instances where I had to contact their customer support for assistance and I found them to be slow in responding. Overall, I would rate them as average.
