I recently purchased a car from Carter chevrolet and I must say, their service was average. The staff were courteous and knowledgeable, but I was hoping for a more personalized experience. The car itself is of good quality and I am satisfied with my purchase. However, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer service.
