We found a bed bug in our room and when we called down to let them know they didn't do anything AT ALL about it!!! Then we went downand they acted like me and my mother in law were crazy for showing them. Horrible. We will never go back. We were with my husbands mother and father and now we all may have them. It's ridiculous and I'm so upset. Hope we don't bring them home with us.
