I came in as a sitter for a patient of mine (I work at another facility). I asked for help since my patient wanted to use the restroom and I've never been here before. She used a very sarcastic tone with me saying "You don't know how to unplug an IV? GREAT." As she walked away. I responded with "Yes, because I don't work here and that's why I'm asking for help." Thank you for making me feel incompetent. :)
