The property is an absolute beauty, it's so huge and so well maintained, the sizes of the rooms being that big, the property doesn't disappoint you. They have an amazing pool area which is accessible till 8pm in the evening, super clean, with a nice atmosphere. The basic rooms, garden view ones, are real good, there's not much of a difference between garden view and sea view because they are almost at the same distance from the property. They have a beach's private access sort of, the beach is beautiful, you have a few masseurs on the beach giving amazing foot massages, definitely go for them.
Tip: there's this spot on the right side of the beach, if you walk for like 5-7min where the river meats the sea, it's a thing to experience that view, see if you can go there.
We even checked out their gym, and squash area, indoor games area, absolutely well maintained, do explore the property because it has so much to it.
Now, what definitely disappoints you is service and food. From the front desk staff to the staff in their buffet spreads, it takes a lot of pushing and multiple attempts to get things done. We had to time and again inform them about the same thing, so there is a huge room for improvement there. The buffet spread is limited and also not that good, besides, also too pricey, there is a reason why the Cafe right opposite to their property is running well because people tend to look out for more options meals wise. The property is an approximate 1 hr 45 min away from the airport and the last 45min is a proper Zig zag road, it's located in a spot where besides the property there's nothing at all food options wise, so be aware of that. The nearest beach is Palolem Beach, 15min away, it has some shacks around it, but make sure before you book the property and if you wish to eat beyond the property as well, just give a few of these shacks a call. Like in our case, we were made aware most of the shacks, cafes and eateries shut down in June, so we had nothing but the property to cater to our food.
Make a wise choice, this is at the southern tip of Goa.
If privacy and just the property to relax is your thing, this is a must go, otherwise no.
