Block therapy for me at age 71 has helped with back pain/ scoliosis & knee pain is now gone. I have much better balance and range of motion than ever before. What a boon this therapy is for women facing menopause! I can't wait to have my bone density test done this summer to see how much that has improved from my work on the block.
