NLPT is absolutely amazing! The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. The workouts are challenging but fun, and they always leave me feeling accomplished. The community at NLPT is also fantastic - everyone is so encouraging and friendly. I would highly recommend NLPT to anyone looking to improve their fitness!
