As a customer of Monterey House Assisted Living, I must say that my experience has been overall average. The staff is friendly and competent, but there have been some issues with communication and organization. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, but I feel that there could be more activities and social events for the residents. Overall, it's a decent place to live, but there is definitely room for improvement.
