The overall experience with Benham Collectibles was average. The website was easy to use, but the selection was somewhat limited. The customer service was responsive, but not overly helpful. The shipping took longer than expected and the packaging could have been better. It was an okay experience, but I expected more from a company like Benham Collectibles.
