I have mixed feelings about BigIris. On one hand, their website is easy to use and the ordering process is straightforward. However, I've had some issues with their customer support. There have been instances where my queries went unanswered for days, which is quite frustrating. Additionally, some of the products I received were not up to my expectations. Despite these shortcomings, they do have a decent selection of items at competitive prices. I would say overall, they are an average company.
