Since we live farther north, I decided to use their service where they come pick up your car to get it checked. The first gentleman who came to pick up the car was OK. He got everything he needed and brought us the loaner. He took our car to the dealership and they called me today to schedule the return. Again, everything going good so far.

The gentleman who showed up to our house today to return the car started asking questions to my wife about our 1 y/o daughter. The he asks her if she was the only daughter we had, and my wife replied "yes". Then he asked her: "Is she a one percenter too?"

My wife got extremely uncomfortable at that point. She walked in to the house and called me to let me know what happened. Frankly, I expected more from someone who works at Mercedes Benz. We were already having issues with our 2015 GL, and now the gentleman they send back says something like this... in our house? Disappointed does not even begin to describe the sentiment.

Needless to say, we will keep this in mind for future purchases.
