Google doesn't have an option of zero star, so I need to impart one star to complete my review otherwise the resort doesn't deserve any star rating for review. I had a booking for accommodation there with my spouse and one year old kid via Make My Trip on 31st Dec 2018. I have confirmation receipt also if any one need for ready reference and proof. This is pertinent to mention here that the resort staff in the reception desk denied any confirmed booking on my behalf. Rather they were continuously insisting me forcefully to take a package of INR 18000 that included their so called party of 31st along with the accommodation. I was about to file a case in the court but thanks to Make My Trip Team who apologized for the same on behalf of the resort and offered me accommodation in any other near by hotel or resort in kolkata. Instead of regretting, resort staffs were asking me to book a package that too of INR 18000 RS. Please note that I was with my family with an one year old baby. They were indirectly trying to take benefits out of us with their very unprofessional approach as it may also be noted that the location is outskirts of Kolkata and you would rarely or never get Ola or Uber for relocation from there, The resort staff may offer the number of any cab owner or transporter who may charge you after taking benefits out of your situation. They are very unprofessional and money minded people and not bother about any concern of a consumer. Such type of offense is is very unbearable and they don't even have any regret for the same. Please don't waste your time and money. Kolkata have many prime resort and hotels for your weekend gateways and accommodation.
