Before purchasing the part online, i gave them a call to make sure they had the part in stock. I was advised the it would be pre order just as mentioned on the website. Guess what happened? My order was canceled the next day with a lame excuse that the item was back-ordered. I called them back and now a different person admits that the reason why it was canceled was because it was a different price online than what they actually can get the part for. Shady business. Keep it up, do the same thing to people and your store will be another computer business that goes under. Costumer Service SUCKS
