I have been meditating at a local Zen center for many years, but recently decided to try out the Hartford Street Zen Center as I was in the area. I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The teachers are knowledgeable and helpful, and the meditation sessions are conducted in a tranquil and peaceful setting. I enjoyed my time there and will definitely be returning for more sessions in the future.
