Terrible company. Hard to work with. Two faced agent. They don't honor what they promised when renting. We were told during COVID, they don't show current tenant's apartment to protect everyone's health. Now they will show your home when COVID is even worse than the summer in Iowa. You have to renew immediately for next year after you move in, or they will do showings, so basically they use this unethical practice to keep the current tenants, not by their decent service or nice apartment, but by your fear of contracting COVID and losing privacy. This is how they keep their business for years in capitalism, unethical practices and big corporation power.
