I had a mixed experience with American Outcomes Mgmt of NY. While their customer service was excellent, the overall service provided was only average. The staff was courteous and helpful, but there were some delays in getting the desired outcomes. I believe there is room for improvement in terms of efficiency and timeliness. Overall, an average experience.
