It's nice to find my landlord here. It began when I rented an apartment from the zar team. They were kind, responsive and respectful from day 1 . Four years later my partner and I rented a commercial loft in soho from them and we were thrilled! We have had bad experiences in the past and it's nice to finally meet a family run business in New York City that's not greedy. Kudos to Simon and Dave
