You can't advance at this company based on job performance it is done by plant managers advancing their friends and denying techs that do good work advancement. Now if you are a customer and they installed you dish on you roof check for leaks, there are a lot. If so contact directv and file a damage claim. If you are stuck in contract, contact directsat and request a copy of the contract and they have to provide or there is no contract, a lot of people got out of contract this way. If they have the contract see if it is your signature and not the employee. Good luck if they have been to your house.
