I had an average experience with Knighted Computer Systems. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took a long time for them to respond to my queries and I often had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. Overall, I think they have room for improvement in terms of customer support.
