MAXIMUM AUTO SEARCH Review of KEYper Systems

So far, a disappointment. We were having all kinds of problems keeping track of keys. We spent tens of thousands of dollars on a comprehensive key system for our dealership and shop after being sold on the features and benefits. The features seem really cool, and probably would be if the system worked as designed. Unfortunately, everything you want this system to do is worthless unless it works properly. Right now, the system is showing 10-15 keys being checked out to a salesperson at the same time when that's not actually happening. It's not recognizing keys on the board, which is a MAJOR problem when a customer is here to see a car. The unit is under warranty, and our local rep (David Ballerio) has been extremely helpful, but until this is working properly, my review is pretty poor. We're told this is a hardware problem, and that it should be easy to fix. I'm hoping to change this to 5 stars because all problems get addressed. However, the diagnosis and fix time is taking longer than it should. There's really no "in between" rating with this system. If it works, it's amazing, and worth 5 stars. If it doesn't, it's absolutely useless - or actually worse than a peg board because keys are even harder to find. So far, unfortunately, it hasn't been anywhere near worth the money.
