I can't say enough good things about Kinespirit studios! The instructors are amazing, the studio is beautiful, and the classes are so much fun. I always feel so energized and refreshed after each session. I highly recommend Kinespirit studios to anyone looking for a high-quality Pilates and Gyrotonic experience!
