I recently purchased some pharmaceutical editions from an online company. The product quality was great and I was happy with my purchase. However, the customer service could have been better. The company did not respond promptly to my inquiries and I had to wait for a long time to get a resolution. Overall, I am satisfied with the product, but the customer service needs improvement.
