They sent me two reimbursement checks for my son to my address. Then refused to send more because his address is different (lives with mom) even though he is on my policy. When I worked on getting the situation resolved, the customer service supervisor, Asia, gave me her direct line. When I still didn't get my check, she wouldn't return my calls. I called the regular customer service who informed me the issue was resolved but the check wasn't issued until two weeks after. It's been about a week after that and I still don't have my check. I called Asia again, still no returned call. It doesn't take 7 days to mail something from Okemos to Grand Rapids. Very disappointed. If this wasn't through my employer, I would use someone else.
