I have been working with Confluent technology group inc for a couple of years now and I must say the experience has been average so far. The company website confluentgroup.com is easy to navigate but I feel that their customer service could be improved. The communication is sometimes lacking and I've had a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. However, their products are of good quality and I haven't faced any major issues with them.
