We had used another family-owned pest control business for 5 years, until they were bought out by a corporate organization and began to see a loss in customer service almost immediately. Then we tried Binford, having heard of them in this area for years and seen positive reviews. This company would be successful no matter what they do, because calling them is like calling a neighbor, because they are from here. They have a servant's heart, from the Grandson of the owner who started the business, to Ms. Rebecca who handles scheduling. These folks are the real deal. Pricing is entirely fair, and they'll always come back out for a free follow up if there's an issue of pests in between regular services.
