I looked online and worked with Patrick via email and phone to narrow down my search of a 2020 Tundra. Patrick was unavailable when I had time to get to the dealership, but put me in touch with Omar. Omar was first class. He let me test drive the vehicle by myself and did not apply pressure at any point. When it came time for negotiations, he was very transparent and worked to get me to the number I was comfortable with.
