I have been a customer of Second wind for several years now, and I must say that their service has always been average. I wouldn't say it's great or excellent, but it gets the job done. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they always respond to my inquiries in a timely manner. The only issue I have is that sometimes they take a little longer to deliver my products than I would like. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
