One star too many. Don't know why they earn one star, maybe because the reception ladies have always been kind to me?
For their service I would rate MINUS. They don't seem to be bothered the least to get you support. I announced in the beginning of November that I would want to move to Kortrijk to start a business for people without much money or without a home. They don't help me at all! I had my first appointment with an assistant on December 18th!!!! That was also the first time they helped me financiay. I received 60 euro! And I will receive again tomorrow, that was the earliest they could help... SO this means this organisation will help me with an amazing 120 for the month December.!!!! Happy holidays to me!!!!

I'll need to wait until January until I can do some work for the business and I am definitely going to travel for 25 days.

Everyone has the right to 25 days of holiday a year without loss of support. I'm going to take that opportunity to travel abroad and see if I can start a business elsewhere because this is just too ridiculous.

Organisation of welfare.... What welfare? They force you to go find an abandoned place in the winter to pass your time since they don't give the funds to go inside and warm yourself.

The employees of the OCMW really deserve a year off work! Without pay! And with all the delays and excuses at hand to let their dossier aside for months. That would be a great lesson for them!aye thus will teach some of them some empathy and stop treating us as clients. Treat us as humans! Provide us with food and shelter instead of making us walk there for nothing.

if I'd be ruling here, it would be the first thing to go. All them employees fired and the institution replaced by a model that actually works and helps instantly.
