Have been with this insurance years before Mr. Bennett son took over. Just had a conversation with his son about a High risk quote he provided. Could not thoroughly justify replacement cost of 190000.00 he quoted on my home. Then expressed that customers think that insurance is a savings account and need do their homework before filing claims. Basicly saying that his customers are ignorant. Then he put down the non brick and mortar insurance companies. He is clearly arrogant. I expressed to him that people place their confidence in their insurer to be truthful. Caveat they will take your money for years and turn highly disrespectful when you question the validity if your policy and quote. At the end of the day he is a rude snob.
