I recently had some concrete work done for my backyard by a local company. The work was completed in a timely manner and the results were satisfactory. However, I was not overly impressed with the customer service provided by the company. The communication was lacking and there were some issues with scheduling. Overall, the quality of the work was good, but I expected better service for the price I paid.
