As a customer, I recently used the services of this law firm and found their expertise in patent law to be quite helpful. The website was user-friendly and contained a good amount of information about their services. However, I felt that the response time to my inquiries could be improved. The staff was polite and professional, but I found some of the communication to be a bit impersonal. Overall, my experience was average. I appreciated the clear and concise information provided on the website, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of client communication and responsiveness. 🤔
