The company provided satisfactory service overall. While the quality of the products and the design ideas were impressive, the communication and customer service could have been more responsive. Though the final outcome was satisfactory, the process felt a bit disjointed due to communication delays. I appreciate the creative input and the final result, but I would have preferred a more seamless and consistent customer experience. In terms of the end product, I am pleased with the work, but I hope the company can work on improving their communication and customer service for a more pleasant overall experience.
