I recently engaged with a well-established law firm for legal advice and representation. My experience with this firm was somewhat average. While I found the staff to be professional and courteous, the overall communication and clarity regarding the legal process could have been improved. The legal team seemed knowledgeable, but there were times when I felt that more proactive communication and updates could have been beneficial. Additionally, I found that the fees were on the higher side compared to other firms.
