Pros: Delivery guys were quick to set up. Aggressive prices online.

Cons: 0 customer service. No reply to emails and it's been 4 days since I've emailed them. You'll be on hold for at least 45 minutes no matter when you call before you can get a human being. Their online chat support is non existent.

You get what you pay for? Nah, they just don't invest in customer service it appears. Buy at your own risk.

update: as of 9/4 they refunded me $75 to price match online price and also sent the home delivery team to replace the chaise, which was damaged. after sitting on the phone for an hour the agent on the line informed me they're short staffed but she was very courteous and quick to help. i'd bump them up 1 more star but waiting on the phone for an hour is still unacceptable.
