Lifetime Products, INC is an average company. The quality of their products is decent, but nothing exceptional. I purchased a folding table from them and it served its purpose well. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. When I had an issue with the product, it took a long time to get a response and the resolution was not satisfactory. Overall, I would say they are an average company with room for improvement.
