Contacted Matrix Net to see if they could help out with some Internet cable access. I initially spoke to Stef, who was very patient in listening to my issue and understanding of the assistance I needed.
As the job was urgent there was a quick turn around in arranging an engineer (Martin), who was very polite, knowledgeable and just as helpful.
The issue/install was very prompt and clean. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Extremely grateful for their assistance.
