First time at the studio with my friend: At the beginning of class, our instructor (male) asked if we wanted adjustment & assistance through tough and proceeded to give us a little card that said yes on one side & no on another to place in front of our mats to answer. Being it a man we just met, we both flipped our cards to no. The instructor repeatedly physically adjusted both of us, and at one point in class I noticed him giving a lower back massage to another woman in the class. (?????????)

The studio was grubby, and the environment was not at all relaxing or restorative.

I have attended many yoga classes at many yoga studios and therefore have a fair understanding of industry standards & practices. With that being said, it was a very weird, unprofessional, inappropriate experience & will never be back.
