The first evaluation was the moon cakes at Shangri-La Hotel. It was so disappointing and disrupted the original plan. I booked and paid for 14 boxes of moon cakes on 27/8/2020 and delivered them to the designated location on 21/9/2020. . As a result, on 20/9/2020, I suddenly received a call from the hotel saying that delivery is not possible because there is no moon cake, my God! It is said that the gift will be delivered after a week s delay. Don t you know if the gift will be delivered after the holiday? ? The request for a refund was unsuccessful. In the evening, it was said that the goods were adjusted and they would definitely be delivered before 5pm on 21/9/2020. May I ask where is the moon cake at 5.25pm now? ? Service is too bad, no credit
