Plumbing Carillon has replaced my old 15-year-old water heater by the same brand of which they are the official representative. See the pictures of my new 60 gallon Rheem. The rough estimate (in plumbing, there are always unexpected little things to change) by phone has been respected. The experienced plumber arrived on the day and at the hour as planned. He was very professional. He and his caregiver took precautions to take out the old water heater and enter the new one. The plumber's explanations were clear. The invoice arrived by e-mail as told by the plumber. No surprises. The receptionist was courteous and in a good mood. I will again use their services without hesitation. This is why I give a 5 star.
