I have been working for Ferguson Distribution Ctr for a few years now and I have to say that it has been an average experience. The work environment is decent and the pay is fair, but there is definitely room for improvement. The management could be more organized and the communication between departments could be better. Overall, it's not a bad company to work for, but there are certainly areas that could be improved upon.
