It's been about a week since we moved in our new home and It's still sinking in! Carlos helped make our dream of homeownership a reality and went far and beyond. From start to finish he was thorough and on top of his game. He was professional and very personable. He wasn't just a realtor showing us houses- he genuinely cared and kept our best interests at heart. He always made sure we weren't left in the dark thru the whole process and always assured us when we were doubtful, constantly reminding us to "have faith". He was persistent and followed thru every step of the way. Anyone who's bought a home before knows how stressful it can be, but Carlos was there day or night and day in and day out to help answer questions. It took us 4 months to find the perfect home but Carlos never gave up!!! He was and IS heaven sent! Working with him was a complete honor and privilege. Not only did we gain a beautiful home that we can enjoy for years to come, but we gained a friend for life. Thank you Carlos and everyone in your network that helped get my family in our new home.
