The Bridle franchise is an average company. It provides good services but nothing outstanding. I have been a customer for a few months and I must say that overall, they are decent. The staff is friendly and the products are of good quality. However, sometimes the delivery takes longer than expected. They should work on improving their delivery speed. Apart from that, everything is fine.
