I had an average experience renting a vehicle from Extra locacao de veiculos & equipamentos. The rental process was okay, but the staff could have been more helpful and attentive. The vehicle I rented was functional, but it could have been cleaner. Overall, it was an average experience and I may consider looking elsewhere for rentals in the future.
