I must say that my experience with Sift (formerly shopinbox) has been average so far. The website siftwallet.com is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I have encountered a few issues with the app crashing occasionally. The customer service team was helpful in resolving these issues. Overall, I would rate the company as average.
