Very Bad company they take forever to fix the lift...

Very Bad company they take forever to fix the lifts where i live we have been waiting nearly 3 weeks for parts to be fitted. Also they wont deal with the local Residents when reporting faults so it takes us longer to report stuff with having to go all around the houses to get to right person
