I am very impressed with Västfastigheter. They have excellent customer service and their properties are well-maintained. I have been a tenant for 3 years and I have never had any major issues. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The only small complaint I have is that sometimes it takes a while to get a response to maintenance requests, but overall I am very satisfied.
