I recently hired a tree service for some work in my yard, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The arrival was delayed multiple times, and communication was inconsistent, making it hard to stay informed about the progress. 🌳

When the team finally arrived, their approach felt rushed, impacting the overall quality of the work. I noticed a few branches were left untrimmed, and the clean-up afterward was not thorough. There were still bits of wood and debris scattered in the area, which was unexpected. 😕

While I appreciated their initial quote, the end result didn’t align with my expectations. I believe there’s room for improvement, particularly in ensuring that the job is completed to a high standard.
