I have been a customer of Classiq limited for the past few years and I must say their services are average. While they do have some good products, I have also encountered some issues with their customer support. The response time is slow and sometimes they are unable to resolve my queries satisfactorily. However, I appreciate their efforts in improving their service and hope to see more improvements in the future.
