I had an average experience with Boundless Hound. The website is easy to navigate and they have a decent collection of products. However, I found their customer service to be a bit lacking. The response time to my queries was slow, and the staff didn't seem very friendly. Overall, they are an okay company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
