I have been a customer of Scott Schools Credit Union for over 5 years and I must say their services are average. The online banking platform is easy to navigate and manage my accounts, but I've encountered some technical glitches at times. The customer service is responsive, but sometimes the representatives seem uninterested in helping. Overall, it's a decent credit union, but there is still room for improvement.
